Register your Business/Organisation
Entry to the Business Games is a three stage process – registration, booking of events, and payment.
Only one registration is necessary per organisation. This should be completed by the organisation’s overall teams coordinator who will be the main point of contact with Business Games organisers and responsible for passing on event information to team members. After submitting the organisation’s registration, coordinators will receive email notification that their registration has been received.
After your organisation has registered, you can now add the events (and how many teams per event) you want to enter to your cart. After selecting your events, you can then proceed to the checkout and pay for your entries. Payment can be made by direct credit, cheque or credit card (upon request). The entry fee is per team per sport. Once payment has been received, coordinators will receive their entry confirmation.
Final event schedules and draws will be emailed to coordinators one week before the event is due to take place.
NOTE: Entries are only accepted if accompanied by payment so get your entries in quick. Some of the events have strict limits on numbers of teams and are often over-subscribed and we allocate on first paid basis! If paying by direct credit, remember to include your organisation name in the reference details. If organisations require a tax invoice, please request this from Business Games organisers.
If you do not want to miss out, get your entries in as soon as possible. Telephone entries will not be accepted. Please note some events fill up before closing date.
Entries close Friday, 24th of September, 2021.
For some events, we may accept late entries. Please contact Business Games organisers if you wish to submit a late entry.
A 10% late fee will apply.
A refund of 50% will be given until 24th of September, after which refunds will not be given. All withdrawals must be in writing to Business Games organisers.
In the case of event cancellation/postponement/venue change, for reasons such as extreme inclement weather (at the discretion of event officials), or closure of a venue, entry fees shall be non-refundable. If an event is postponed, every effort will be made to have it rescheduled, however, venue may change (as well as the date).
When an event is postponed, venue changed or cancelled, information will be emailed to team coordinators.
COVID-19: In the event that Business Games is cancelled due to Covid-19 alert levels 3 or 4 we will issue a FULL refund on any events entered.
Please be mindful that Business Games will only be cancelled if the country and/or the greater Wellington area moves to alert level 3 or 4. If the country and/or the greater Wellington area is at alert level 1 or 2 under the current restrictions but a company/teams decide to cancel they won’t receive a refund.
