*Rules
*Like golf the aim of game is to have lowest possible score and there will be no finals, winning teams are those with lowest score.
*6 games per team of 10 minutes (max time 2 - 2.5 hours)
* Games will start whether teams are all present or not, and teams late for a game will have a minimum of a 30 point penalty .
*Players DO NOT get eliminated when shot, (i.e. everyone will have unlimited respawns for all the games).
Instead a point is awarded to their team when a player is hit. (Marshals will be able to tell if a ball has hit a player or their equipment easily at end of each game).
When a player is hit, they report to the marshal (who will be by the field) , (called respawning) then they will be able to go back into the play.
Everyone will have unlimited respawns for all the games.
Failure to report to a marshal when hit will result in a 20pt penalty.

Depending on team numbers there will be 10-12 teams playing at one time (5-6 different teams will be combined/work together creating 2 playing teams for each game).
Teams win by scoring the lowest points at the end of their 6 games (think golf).
Points are awarded for the following:
• Your team scores +1point whenever a team member (including equipment) is hit.
• For every flag your team controls (hung on your flag poll) your team will score -10pts (deducted)
• Only one flag may be captured and carried by a team at a time.

Equipment provided: Marker/Gun, Cover-alls, Ammo/Paintballs, and Body Armour for Females only.
Guns used will be running at low pressure of 250 feet per second outdoors, and 200 if indoors, to help eliminate the ouch factor.
Special soft balls will be used.
Teams will have 1,000 paint balls (in 50 ball bags) for their 6 games. It is up to teams to decide how to allocate per game / per player.
To insure fairness and safety:
• No extra Paintballs will be sold to Players/Teams.
• Only Field Markers/Guns to be used.
We recommend you wear long trousers and long sleeve shirts/jackets for added protection.

Your safety is important to us. Paintball Games use specifically designed equipment, which makes it safer than most competitive sports. The paintballs are treated with a conditioning agent to soften the shell, thereby reducing the 'ouch' factor.
