  The Basics 
Date & Time:

Saturday 15 October - Mixed ALL games: (womens teams can play but teams need to contact Games organisers)
Round robins: Saturday morning and afternoon.
All play offs and finals Saturday evening.
For logistical reasons, teams will be allocated a time period. If you cannot play at a certain time/ day i.e. am/pm, please contact the Games organisers info@businessgames.co.nz
Teams must register a minimum of 20 mins prior to their first game.

Teams:  Mixed - Minimum 2 males and maximum 3 males on court at all times.
• 10 player’s maximum per team.
• 6 players on the court at one time.
• 2 attackers, 2 defences, and 2 links.
• A minimum of 5 players may take the court, to constitute a game.
Team composition rules must be complied with e.g. Only organisation/company members and their immediate families and defacto partners are allowed to enter (NO "RING INS") otherwise you will be disqualified.
Scoring: • 1 point for goals scored by attacks inside the goal.
• 2 points for goals scored outside the goal circle by either links or attacks.
Duration: • The game is played in two halves - total duration, 20 minutes.
• Minimum 5 games.
Format:  Team - Mixed
Sat - there will be am and pm sessions.
Winning teams from the morning session will have to come back at the end of the afternoon session for playoffs.
Teams will be allocated their slot by WIS. Where possible all teams in a particular business category e.g. accounting, will play at the same time. e.g. morning or afternoon
If you have a really good reason, why your teams needs to play on a particular time slot, please contact organisers.  However, this may then prevent your team playing within their Business sector.

Overall Tournament winners Trophy and prizes
Winners - trophy and medals, 2nd & 3rd - medals
Top Business Sectors - Trophies plus prizes - where there are 5 or more different organisations in the same business sector.
