Game Rules:
  • The field of play is a standard basketball court
  • Games are played with a regulation game "disc" (i.e. a frisbee)
  • The end zone is marked by the straight lines of the basketball keyhole
  • The captains flip at the start of the game to determine who gets to throw or receive the disc first
  • There must be four payers on the court from each team at any time
  • When a player gains possession of the disc they must come to a stop
  • They must then establish a pivot foot and may not move that foot until they have thrown the disc (the same stepping rules as in netball apply)
  • A player catches the disc inside the end zone to score a point
  • There it a set amount of time you can hold onto the disc.  The defending player approaches the player with the disc and says “stalling 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 stall”  if the defending gets to 7 it is a turn over.  If the player with the disc throws the counting stops.

NB: Changing room and showers are available, as is food and beverages.

NB: Team composition rules must be complied with eg. Only organisation/company members and their immediate families and partners are allowed to enter (NO "RING INS") otherwise you will be disqualified.
