Entering the Games

Easy to Enter

To make it easy to enter quickly, you don’t have to list your team members only your team manager.
For easier, speedy entry we recommend  online entry with payment by direct credit / cheque– sorry no credit cards are accepted
The entry fee is per team per sport
Please note, entries are ONLY ACCEPTED IF ACCOMPANIED BY cheque or details of online payment.
But get your entries in quick.  Some of the events have strict limits on numbers of teams and are often over-subscribed and we allocate on first paid basis!

2010 entry will be open in August. To receive Games updates, sign up for Games ezine and Games Twitter.

Rewarding Team Managers

The first 30 team managers who organise 5 or more teams will receive double passes to the movies at Art House theatre - Paramount, plus we also have 30 double passes for the new Bowlarama in Newtown. 

   

Competitor freebies

We work hard to get lots of goodies to ensure you have plenty to keep you going during and after your event, these are put in team packs and given out at registration at each event.

             
                                                    

Deadlines

If you do not want to miss out, we strongly recommend that you get your entries in as soon as possible.
Telephone entries will not be accepted.   Please note some sports fill up before closing date.

Closing DateWed 22 September

Late entry
Team Trail Relay Run and Corporate Challenge, we may take late entries - if there are spaces. For any other sports, you will need to ring or email first to check on whether we are able to take late enetries.

Refunds

Entries that are withdrawn before the FINAL CLOSING DATE will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given after the final closing date. All withdrawals must be in writing.

Registration process

On receipt of entry fees the team manager will be e-mailed confirmation of receipt.
The team manager will then receive sport and social event details, plus a team captain’s sheet, which will need to be filled in and returned by the given date.
Five days before the event, programmes/draws will be posted on the Website, notification of this will be emailed to Team Managers and Team Captains.

Getting involved

Encourage others to get involved; send Games information around the Intranet at work, tell everyone at your work 'staff meeting / social',  put a Games poster on the staff notice board, talk to those who are the captains of teams in regular social leagues, tell everyone at Friday night drinks / social club.
Decide what sports you have people for and start filling in the entry form, we dont need to know who is in your team, just what sports you want to enter
Arrange payment - either cheque or by direct credit into the Games account (details on entry form)
Get your entry in - the easy way is online, fill in online submit with payment details.
